Crypto and Politics: The Unexpected Alliance Changing the Game

I am not thrilled about crypto becoming a political issue, but the Biden administration essentially forced it to become partisan over the last several years with their anti-crypto crusade led by the likes of Elizabeth Warren. This is true at least at the executive level.

What I am thrilled about, however, is the growing mainstream exposure Bitcoin and crypto are getting through endorsements from figures like Donald Trump and RFK Jr.

In fact, RFK Jr. just threw his hat into the ring with Trump, endorsing him while dropping out of key swing states where his vote could hurt Trump’s chances.

RFK Jr Speaking

This "Unity Party" offers a chance for Republican voters in blue states to feel their voices matter.

Instead of casting what would seem like a wasted vote for Trump, they can now support Kennedy, thereby building a 5% voting share and paving the way for a new, pro-America third party in 2028.

This strategic approach not only boosts his potential vote count in previously unchartered territories but also prevents him from undermining critical swing states.

His current actions are as historic as they are necessary, heralding a hopeful future for third-party representation in the United States. The firm grip of corporate interests over the Republican and Democratic parties is obvious, with the same donors seeking influence across both sides.

The unconventional Kennedy/Shanahan campaign was never solely focused on winning the presidency; its true purpose was far more expansive.

Following Ross Perot's impressive 19% share of the vote in 1996, Democrats committed to ensuring that no third-party candidate would "disrupt" future elections. This led to a systematic effort across states to create insurmountable barriers against competing with the two-party system.

States implemented unprecedented requirements for ballot access, such as doubling or even tripling the necessary signatures, imposing strict timelines, and adding random formatting rules that solidified the dominance of the Uniparty. Yet, in the face of these challenges, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. chose to run as an Independent and got to work without complaint.

By galvanizing hundreds of thousands of volunteers nationwide, he and his running mate achieved what the Democrats deemed impossible. They aimed to ignite a movement that transcended their candidacy, aware of the broader implications.

This campaign was intentionally designed to catalyze a seismic shift in the American political landscape.

I was taken aback by the support he received from the audience when he took the stage at Consensus 2024 in Austin, TX. No one else at the event came even close to garnering the turnout and response.

Consensus 2024

From the moment he "declared his independence," Robert F. Kennedy Jr. understood the significance of his actions. While challenging the Democratic establishment was significant, his true ambition was to forge a New Politics—one that prioritizes service, vision, and readiness to dismantle the Old Party System.

Politics should be about ideas, not personalities.

Their efforts have awakened the American public, instilling a readiness to challenge the entrenched powers and restore democratic voice.

The 2024 election is poised to be just the beginning of what could be one of the most radical party realignments in American history, and we are witnessing this transformation unfold.

Promises made to "drain the swamp" often fall flat, owing to the fact that these parties themselves have become the swamp. This election cycle offers a chance to transform that narrative for generations.

Kennedy’s campaign represents the initial stride toward this change, while the establishment of a formidable Unity Party is the next step. Independents are poised to forge a new future and a party truly reflective of We, the People—one unbound by corporate and banking interests.

Perhaps inspired by Kennedy’s actions, former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard also just endorsed Trump in opposition to a corrupt and overbearing DNC.

Both Kennedy and Gabbard are Bitcoin supporters who personally own crypto. The tide is turning against the DNC – once the party of the working-class, anti-war, and free speech – they have morphed into the opposite.

The decentralized revolution against a corrupt establishment continues. And I, like my forefathers, will continue to fight for the side of freedom.
