Shake off that 4/20 weed hangover.
It’s a busy week in the market with earnings from the biggest tech names set to drop.
The stock market and many commodities are in correction mode. And that’s giving you a chance to deploy capital in sectors you thought you may have missed.
Case in point is gold. It remains exceedingly bullish after rising over $2,400 last week. But this week it has pulled back closer to $2,300, taking gold stocks down with it.
We are buyers of this golden dip.
One of the best ways we’ve found to do that is with this massive gold project that is set to get full government approval this quarter.
It’s a great setup. And that’s why we spend a good chunk of time talking about it in this week’s episode of Investing in Bizarro World.
Two New Tech Stocks to Buy Now
Our Digital Dispatch portfolio has had a stellar run so far... more than a dozen of our picks from last year are now in the double and triple-digits. But a lot more tech gains are ahead. We’ve just updated the portfolio with two new picks for April. We’ll tell you why they’re set for double-digit gains by the end of next month. Plus we’ll also catch you up on the other details you’ve missed — find out why the Digital Dispatch portfolio continues to outperform.
Another large copper-gold project was essentially killed this week when the federal government declined to approve an access road to connect it to a main highway. Trilogy Metals (NYSE: TMQ), the company that controls the project, lost 56% of its value in two days on the announcement.
Compare that against this project, which the federal government has been supporting during permitting. So much so that the government has already given this tiny gold company tens of millions of dollars to kickstart development. The two projects are night and day.
This pullback in the metals complex is the perfect time to get positioned.
Just as stocks get cut in half when regulations don’t go their way, we think this one will double and then some once it gets its permission slip later this quarter.
We discuss the situation in-depth, along with other topics like uranium, PGMs, and higher taxes, in the 266th episode of Investing in Bizarro World.
