Harnessing the Power of Warrants

It’s good to be in the money.

Especially as it relates to warrants.

We have warrants in several companies that are ‘in the money’ as they say — meaning the related stock is trading above the warrant price.

In other words, we can print money at will.

Here are a few examples…

When we financed Kingsmen Resources last October at 25-cents per share, we also got a warrant to buy more shares at 40-cents any time in the next three years.

Today, Kingsmen trades near 90-cents. So not only are we up 260% on our original shares, but we can print money at any time by exercising our warrants and instantly be up 125% on an entirely separate position.

Or take Hannan Metals. The last time we financed it at 25-cents the deal came with warrants at 35-cents good for three years.

Today, Hannan trades near $1.00, putting us up nearly 400% on our original position. And we can call up the company to exercise our 35-cent warrants, and be up an immediate 185% on a separate position.

We have benefitted in a big way from warrants over the years. It’s like being able to bet on the Super Bowl winner after the game is played.

Last year, we generated over 300% in cumulative gains just from exercising warrants in uranium companies.

We had C$1.60 warrants in EnCore Energy that we exercised and sold for C$6.00
We had C$0.22 warrants in Skyharbour Resources that we exercised and sold for 59%

Our biggest return from warrants came from Patriot Battery Metals. We had warrants at C$0.25 that we exercised as shares approached C$17. An original C$20,000 investment in that company would have turned into C$4.45 million with the warrants.

Our next deal at Private Placement Intel is open now. The company is following up on a high-grade gold discovery it made last summer. And it comes with warrants that will allow members to print money if the drill cooperates.
